Quotes and Pricing

Quotes may be provided based on information supplied by the customer. Final pricing may change if the actual condition, size, number of bins, access issues, travel distance, or scope of work differs from the original request.

Payment Terms

Payments for one-time services may be due before service, at booking, on completion, or as otherwise stated at checkout or in writing. Subscription and recurring payment terms are governed by the Monthly Subscription Terms below and by the separate service agreement if applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled according to the applicable service policy, plan terms, and any written agreement. Courtesy adjustments or credits may be offered at PureWash's discretion.

One-Time Service Terms

These One-Time Service Terms apply to one-time bin cleaning and one-time pressure washing services booked through the website, by text, by email, by phone, or through a payment link.

Scope of Service

One-time service includes only the service purchased or quoted. Bin cleaning generally includes interior and exterior cleaning, deodorizing, and sanitizing of eligible bins. Pressure washing services include only the areas specifically agreed to in the quote or invoice.

Customer Preparation

You must provide safe and clear access to the work area and remove prohibited materials, hazards, and obstructions before service. For bin cleaning, bins must be accessible and free of hazardous materials, chemicals, wet paint, medical waste, construction debris, human or animal waste, or other unsafe contents.

Missed Appointments

If PureWash arrives and cannot perform service because access is blocked, bins are unavailable, the site is unsafe, or the scope materially differs from what was booked, PureWash may reschedule, refuse service, or charge a service call or cancellation fee if disclosed at booking.

Scheduling

Service dates are estimates unless a firm appointment window is confirmed in writing. Weather, equipment issues, holidays, route changes, and unsafe conditions may require rescheduling.

Payment

Payment for one-time services is due as stated in the quote, invoice, or checkout. If an online payment fails or is reversed, PureWash may pause follow-up service, seek updated payment, or pursue collection of unpaid balances where permitted by law.

Refunds and Credits

One-time services are generally non-refundable once completed, except where required by law or approved in writing. If PureWash determines that a service issue occurred due to Company error, a re-service or credit may be offered at Company discretion.

Damage and Pre-Existing Conditions

PureWash is not responsible for pre-existing damage, brittle plastic, cracking, fading, stains, loose parts, manufacturer defects, or conditions caused by age, normal wear, sun exposure, prior handling, or unsafe materials.

Monthly Subscription Terms

These Monthly Subscription Terms apply to recurring monthly bin cleaning services purchased through the website, by payment link, or through a separate written or electronic service agreement.

Automatic Recurring Billing

By enrolling in a monthly plan, you authorize PureWash and its payment processor to charge your payment method automatically each month for the selected subscription plan until you cancel or pause according to these terms. Billing will occur on the same day each month as the original signup date, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Service Frequency

Monthly subscriptions generally include one service per month for the selected number of bins.

Customer Access Requirements

Bins must be visible, accessible, and safe to clean by 8:00 AM on the scheduled service day. If bins are not available, are blocked, overloaded, or contain prohibited materials, the service may be marked as missed and the monthly charge may still apply.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, PureWash may retry the charge, request updated payment information, pause or suspend service, and charge any lawful returned-payment or late fee if previously disclosed.

Pause Policy

You may request to pause monthly service for up to 2 consecutive months by text or email before the next billing date. Service automatically resumes at the end of the approved pause period unless otherwise approved in writing. Pause requests are limited to 3 times per calendar year unless PureWash approves an exception.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your monthly subscription by giving at least 7 calendar days' notice before your next billing date. Cancellation requests must be submitted by text or email and must include your name, service address, and preferred cancellation date. If notice is given fewer than 7 calendar days before the next billing date, the next charge may still process and cancellation will take effect in the following billing cycle.

No Automatic Cancellation From Non-Use

Failure to make bins available or failure to use one scheduled service does not automatically cancel the subscription.

Pricing Changes

PureWash may update monthly subscription pricing, included services, or plan terms by giving at least 15 days' advance notice before the change takes effect.

Agreement Priority

If you separately sign or accept a PureWash Monthly Subscription Service Agreement, that agreement controls to the extent it is more specific than these website terms.

Refund Policy

One-Time Services

Completed one-time services are generally non-refundable. If there is a service issue caused by PureWash, the preferred remedy is re-service or service credit, not cash refund, unless otherwise required by law.

Monthly Services

Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle begins, except where required by law or approved in writing.

Missed Service by Customer

No refund or credit is required when service cannot be completed because bins or service areas were inaccessible, unsafe, blocked, or not properly prepared by the customer.

Missed Service by PureWash

If PureWash misses a scheduled service because of Company error, PureWash may reschedule the service or issue a credit at its discretion.

Reporting Issues

Service concerns should be reported within 48 hours of the service window by phone, text, or email.
